2. Where do your products ship from?

We ship most items from our US warehouse for fast delivery. Some products like baby tees, oversized t-shirts, regular-fit tees, and hoodies are shipped from our India warehouse to provide premium quality at affordable pricing.

3. How long does shipping take within the US?

  • US-shipped items: Delivered in 3–6 business days

  • India-shipped items: Delivered in 8–14 business days
    All orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours, and tracking details are sent via email once shipped.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order is processed and shipped, and cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to our affordable pricing, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if a product arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement—please provide a clear unboxing video as proof.

6. Can I customize my t-shirts or hoodies?

Absolutely! You can upload your own design to personalize select items like hoodies, baby tees, oversized and regular-fit t-shirts. We use high-quality printing and finishing for all custom orders.

7. How can I track my Zyra Drip order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and live order status link. You can also track your order anytime by logging in to your Zyra Drip account.

8. Are your sizes true to US fit?

Yes, all our fashion items are made to standard US sizing. Please refer to the Size Guide available on each product page to find your perfect fit.
